Jewish Leadership Seminars in Latin America
As part of our efforts to assist and strengthen emerging Jewish communities in Latin America and Spain, Shavei Israel has organized a very special series of Jewish leadership seminars in Spanish, focused around Torah, Judaism and the holidays. The program is especially for the rabbis and community leaders, and will be taught via Zoom so as to be accessible to each of our communities in real time.
The series opened with a program about the festival of Purim, and Shavei chairman Michael Freund was present to welcome the leaders, and give his blessings. In addition to enriching knowledge of Judaism and Torah, the seminar series has created an important space for communication and exchange of experiences, ideas and projects between the leaders of our communities.
