Brand new Spanish-language ‘birkon’ is here
Dear Friends,
With great pleasure Shavei Israel presents the new edition of its Birkon (Blessing after meals) in Spanish. With much love and dedication we have made a compilation of prayers, blessings and songs for the Shabbat table according to the Ashkenazi and Sephardic custom with their explanations, translations and phonetics. As well as songs to brighten the Shabbat table.
Shavei Israel aims to preserve the culture and traditions of the Jewish people, which is why we have included Israeli songs and prayers in Ladino and in this way transmit our rich traditions to our future generations.
We are happy to have a presence in your homes through this Birkon, we hope it brings light and joy to your table, the special place where experiences, joys and teachings of Torah are shared.
May it be Hashem’s will that by celebrating Shabbat and the festivals with joy we bring blessing to the world and that thanks and praise bring us closer to our Creator.
