Bnei Menashe youth planting the land

Bnei Menashe youth planting the land

The recent holiday of Tu B’Shevat, which is usually a day of nature and planting, was actually a day of rainy weather this year in Israel, causing many of the usual activities to be postponed or even canceled.

Thanks to Odaya, a National Service girl, who accompanied and guided Bnei Menashe youth from Nof HaGalil, as part of the Bnei Akiva Planting Day. The event necessitated three buses with the assistance of KK”L; 2 buses from Nof HaGalil with 80 kids and leaders from Bnei Menashe, and a bus from Beit Shean with about 25 Bnei Menashe youth.

It was worth the wait; it was an amazing, fun day for all.

Many thanks to Hadar Ohayon for all the coordination!
