Progress: Community Center in Cali, Colombia

We recently told you about the new community center project of Maguen Abraham community in Cali, Colombia. This emerging Jewish community has been hard at work, and we wanted to keep you updated on their progress!

So far the community has completed more than 50% of the project, allowing them to actually use parts of the building, finally having a place to call their own, to pray and learn together. But there’s a lot more to go!

With your help they are building a modest 3-level structure which will house an events hall, a synagogue with space for 130 people, and a talmud Torah (day school).

It will also include a mikveh (ritual bath), a kosher restaurant and a Judaica store.

Many have asked about this incredible project. To support it, please Click Here and choose ‘Cali Synagogue’.
